Defence Section held a fire-fighting exercise under initial condition on 4:00pm,5th,Feb.2010. All middle leading cadres are organized into this exercise.
Mastering “4-understandings” and “4-graspings” about fire-fighting is a part of purposes in this exercise. As our New Spring Festival is coming, using fire extinguishers expertly is very important.This will help to minimize losts owe to fire in New Spring Festival.
Chief Zhang came to this exercise and demanded:All should listen to the theory explain carefully,and use fire-extinguishers following operation instructions strictly; shall obey the Fire Control Law and follow the policy of devoting major efforts into prevention and combining fire prevention with fire fighting in our daily work; and check frequently,reform completely to ensure our security.
Finally,through theroy explaination,demo and exercise, all mastered how to use fire-extinguisers and extinguish a fire after power is cut under initial condition. As the “4-understandings” and “4-graspings” are mastered,this exercise has been finished successfully.
